Zachary Herivaux Annouced as LNFJH Ambassador
Natick, MA, September 19th, 2019; TapIn Mobile Solutions, is pleased to announce Haitian International Zachary Herivaux as the first league ambassador for the upcoming Ligue Nationale De Football Des Jeunes D’Haiti (Haiti National Youth Football League).
Born in 1996 in Osaka (Japan), Herivaux made his debut for the Hatian national team in 2017 and has earned 16 caps for the Haitian National team. He was part of the successful 2019 Gold Cup squad which reached the semi-finals this past summer. Herivaux featured in every game of the tournament, with the exception of the Costa Rica win, which he missed through injury.
Herivaux grew up in Massachusetts (USA) and played his youth soccer at the Beaver Country Day School and New England Revolution Youth Academy. He joined the Revolution full-time in 2015 and he is currently on loan at USL side Birmingham Legion.
“I am excited to represent the LNFJH as a league ambassador,” said Herivaux. “I was lucky to have many opportunities as a young player in the US and I am excited we can now allow youth footballers across Haiti opportunities for competition and identification,” said Herivaux.
The Ligue Nationale De Football Des Jeunes D’Haiti will be Haiti’s first nationally based league. Endorsed and sanctioned by the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), the league will enable players, coaches and teams to compete in local 8 team bracket divisions for u6 to u18 competition. The league will include competition for boys and girls.
Coaches can now register their teams by downloading the app in the Google Play or Apple App Store. Registration will remain open until October 15th with the league starting competitive matches in January 2020.
