Team Management

The TapIn App simplifies team management by allowing you to create teams, update rosters, add or remove players, schedule games, and handle post-match reporting—all easily from your phone.

Player Registration

Player registration is easy on the TapIn app and can all be completed on a mobile device. Headshots and birth certificates are uploaded within the app along with player fees. Once a player profile is created they can be added to a team with one click of a button. Players will all have a digital pass card which will also show statistics from the season.

Scheduling

All game scheduling for league play is done through the TapIn app. Using Geo technology the TapIn system is able to create the most travel convenient league divisions and game schedules.

Education and Certification

The TapIn app allows coaches and referees to complete certifications within the app. Video content is added during the registration process and coaches and referees must complete a in-app quiz to be eligible to coach or referee within the league. Once completed participants will receive a certification that they can print or download.

Statistics

Our platform handles ratings related to fields, teams, players, and officials. Furthermore, it provides data aggregation to give insight and statistics on leagues, teams, players, fields, and referees. Player statistics such as goal scorers and yellow and red cards, will be updated and displayed dynamically. Furthermore, data will be aggregated and maintained throughout a player’s youth career.

Communication

The TapIn App also serves as a team communication tool. When players are added to a team they will be able to communicate with teammates/coaches and RSVP to games and practices. Coaches will be able to interact with each other to rearrange matches and our customer support team will be on hand to answer enquiries users may have on all things related to the league and the app.
